To apply nails with sticky tabs make sure you have a set of sticky tabs one for each nail and the right size, and make sure you prep your nail by buffing them with a nail buffer to create texture for the sticky tab to grip onto, and use an alcohol wipe to dehydrate your nail. Find the right size tab
To apply nails with sticky tabs make sure you have a set of sticky tabs one for each nail and the right size, and make sure you prep your nail by buffing them with a nail buffer to create texture for the sticky tab to grip onto. Use an alcohol wipe to dehydrate your nail.

Stick it on your nail
Peel off the correct sticky tab and place it directly on your natural nail. Leaving about 1mm between your cuticle and the sticky tab. Peel off.

Press the nail down
Line up the press-on nail at a 45 degree angle starting at the sticky tab edge. Push the edge of the sticky tab down towards the cuticle.

And you're done!
Hold firmly for15 – 20 seconds. Apply steady pressure, focusing on the center and sidewalls. Repeat for all nails.

How to remove
Soak
Place nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes.
Loosen
Gently wiggle each nail from side to side — do not pull straight up.
Lift
Use a cuticle stick to slowly lift from the sides once loose.
Repeat if needed
If a nail feels stuck, soak a few more minutes and try again.
Remove residue
Roll off leftover adhesive or gently push it off with a cuticle stick.
Tip: Add cuticle oil around the edges to help nails slide off more easily.
