Returns & Exchanges

 

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, sizing or style adjustments once an order has been placed.

Please take a moment to review your order carefully and refer to our size guide before checkout. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. 

Faulty or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Charmello Customer Care at charmello.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval from Charmello.


Return Eligibility

Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • All components, including tool kits and accessories, must be unused and intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where approved, Charmello reserves the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
