Thank you for shopping with Charmello! We truly appreciate your support and are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of purchase. Business hours exclude weekends and public holidays, as orders are not processed during these times.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, package, and dispatch your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.


Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates within Canada:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $10 CAD

  • Free shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $100 CAD

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).


Shipping Destinations

At this time, Charmello ships within Canada only. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to P.O. boxes.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of Canada will not be processed.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Charmello is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.

If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. If further assistance is needed, we’re happy to help.
